Pros
During the dubiety of the pandemic, our CEO ensured that everyone stayed employed, hiring for new and/or vacant positions connected, employees were quickly shifted to work from dwelling house, forepart line staff at the shelters are receiving take a chance pay, and employees were given bonuses at the end of last year. This fabricated me feel that staff was appreciated and cared for.
